Usage:
- Ethan, the Game Initiation Staff, nor any of its users are responsible for any damage caused by viewing this site. You agree to not hold any of the creators, moderators or users of this site or its content responsible for any damage caused by the viewing / usage of this site or any of its features.
- Our site does use cookies to help operate many of its features. If cookies are disabled on your computer uou may browse the site without problems but you will not be able to register or login to your account. Please enable cookies on your computer to enjoy all features of the site.
- Our website does not gather personal information from your computer. Only information submitted through forms and links will contain data. Almost all data submitted through our site is clearly visible on forms and links. Hidden data is stored in cookies and does not contain personal information, only Game Initiation account (if logged in) and content viewing information (only content viewed on our site).
- While we do not require it, we recommend only persons aged 13 or older view this site. Content you view on this site may contain adult language, violence and / or nudity (If we encounter hardcore sexual content on the site our staff will remove it immediately. However, there is still a chance you may encounter such content.)
- Site users who are found to be logged into an account they did not create nor have permission to use are subject to having their e-mail address, IP address and account (if one) banned.
- Users who are found to SPAM our site, our staff or our members are subject to having their e-mail address, IP address and account (if one) banned.
- You agree to treat other users of the site with kindness and respect. Users found to harass, attack or otherwise damage other users in any are subject to having their e-mail address, IP address and account (if one) banned.
- You agree to only use support when neccessary. We are always here to help, but if you have a simple question that other members on the site can answer please post your question / concern on the forum so other users may help you. Our staff count is small, by using the support system only when neccessary you are helping us keep the site well maintained as the time we could spend improving / fixing other sections of the site is not being spent handling basic support requests.
Posting and Information Submition:

- By registering for this site and / or submitting any content you understand that you do not own any such content. We may remove, edit and distribute any content you submit to / through our site with or without reason. If you do not want your copyrighted content on our site do not submit it as doing so is an act of licensing us to use such content in any way.
- Private messages and e-mail's sent can only be seen by the 2 interacting parties. However, every user has the right to share any content sent to them by other users of this site with or without consent.
