About G.I. RAP4 Direct:

RAP4 direct is our real action paintball store supplied by RAP4. All products will ship directly from RAP4 and will be brand new, unless specifically labled as refurbished or used. When ordering from us the only difference is the price! You still get the same great products and services as if you ordered from RAP4 directly!

How does this work? We will list items located on RAP4.com on our website. Not all products will be listed, as we have to list them ourselves. When browsing our products you will notice a similar layout and experience. All product information is copied directly from RAP4.com, and all product pages will have links to the product listing on RAP4's store. This will allow you to compare our price with theirs, as well as use as a reference link when contacting RAP4 with any questions you may have. When you place an order, we will notify RAP4 of the order and they will ship the products to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends) if they are in stock.

$12 Flat Rate Shipping:

All our customers will receive the same fast yet low cost shipping. $12 is all you will ever pay for shipping, no matter how large the order is. This is yet another reason why ordering RAP4 products from us will save you a lot of money! Orders will be shipped via UPS and include a tracking number!






Lower Prices?

Game Initiation will have many of RAP4's products listed at lower prices. We are allowed to sell these products at lower prices under a special agreement with RAP4. Why do we offer the products at lower prices? Offering the products at lower prices allows people to use the money left over to purchase air, paintballs and pay field fees. Simply put, allowing our customers to save money gives them a chance to play the game of paintball longer and more frequently.

Due to the already lowered prices on many products, pricing is non-negotiable. We make very little profit from sales as referring members get 50% of the profit, 10% goes towards donations, and around 20% helps pay for our websites operating costs.

Requirements, Shipping, Returns, Refunds:



Buying Requirements:

• All customers must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• By purchasing items listed on our store you agree to always use any relevant safety gear and follow operating instructions. Neither Game Initiation or RAP4 is responsible for injuries or property destruction caused by the usage of such products.
  
• All customers agree to never use any of the products listed to conduct acts of crime. Air guns and replica firearms are classified as real firearms when used in acts of crime.
  
• All customers should read local laws concerning air guns and replica guns. These types of products may be illegal to own in your area. We are not responsible for lost products due to lawful seizures.
• All customers must live within the 48 continental United States. We will never ship products to Hawaii or Alaska for any reason. Customers who live in Hawaii, Alaska or outside the U.S. should order directly from RAP4.

Payment Terms and Requirements:

• All customers must pay via PayPal or Credit Card.
• We will never receive detailed personal or private information about your credit card or PayPal account. We use PayPal to offer our buyers maximum privacy and security.
• Customers are not required to have an active PayPal account. Simple choose to pay via credit card. You will not be asked to login and you may simply enter your card details.
• All orders will be shipped to the address under your credit card account (billing address), no exceptions.
  

Shipping Terms:

• All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, a 1-6 day service.
• All customers will be given a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to view detailed tracking information about your order online. A link to this page is located under the store menu tab.
• We are not responsible for the time it takes for the package to arrive via carrier.
• If your package is lost, your order will be re-shipped in a timely manner. We will notify you if we receive information about your package being lost.

Returns:

• All returns will be handled by RAP4. We will never handle the return of any item for any reason.
• Cash refunds will never be given unless specific conditions are met.
• When returning an item you must clearly write your RMA number on your package. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
• To return an item simply e-mail us and we will issue you an RMA number. You are not required to contact us prior to returning an item, but doing so gives you more options. If you would like RAP4 to handle the return simply call them and give them the information they ask for. If you do not contact us prior to engaging in a return with RAP4 we will not be responsible for the return. RAP4 can not issue you a cash refund, they did not handle the payment for the order.
